Cozy Season Is in the Case
sugar, spice & everything warm
There’s a moment every fall morning, just before we open, when the whole bakery smells like caramelizing sugar. Cinnamon drifts out of the oven. Milk is steaming for the first latte of the day. Somewhere, a tray of pastry is turning golden.
This weekend we’re bringing two special bakes to the pastry case. Alongside them, a few seasonal favorites will be staying with us all season long, plus four fall drinks worth slowing down for.
This Weekend
Weekend Specials
In the pastry case this weekend only, and only while they last.
Kouign Amann
This Breton pastry is what happens when buttery laminated dough meets sugar and patience. We fold butter and sugar into the dough, layer by layer, then bake it until the outside becomes a crackly, caramelized shell.
Inside, it stays tender and buttery. Crisp, chewy, flaky and sweet, all in one bite. If you’ve never had one, this is the weekend.
Snickerdoodle Cookie
Some classics don’t need reinventing. Our snickerdoodle is soft in the center with lightly crisp edges, rolled generously in cinnamon sugar before it ever meets the oven.
It tastes like fall in its simplest form, and it’s the perfect companion to any of the lattes below. One for now, one for the drive home.
All Season Long
Fall Favorites, Here to Stay
Missed them this weekend? No rush. These are with us all fall.
New York Cheesecake
Rich, dense and smooth, exactly the way a New York cheesecake should be. Every slice is creamy from edge to center, with just enough tang to keep you reaching for another forkful.
It’s simple, classic and impossible to rush. Enjoy a slice with your coffee, or take home a whole cake for the table.
Caramel Chai Spice Cake
All the warmth of a cup of chai, baked into a cake. Warm chai spices fold into a tender crumb, and caramel brings everything together in the sweetest way.
It’s cozy, fragrant and exactly what a cool fall afternoon calls for. Pair it with a Pumpkin Pie Chai if you’re feeling bold.
Seasonal Drinks
Our fall coffee bar is open. Pick a cup, pull up a chair and stay awhile.
Milky Way Latte
Chocolate and caramel, inspired by the candy bar, with espresso and steamed milk. A little nostalgic and a lot delicious.
Pumpkin Pie Chai
Spiced chai meets pumpkin pie. Warm, creamy and comforting, like dessert at the holiday table, in a cup.
Maple Pancake Latte
Espresso with sweet maple and buttery, breakfast-table warmth. Sunday morning pancakes, reimagined as a latte.
best enjoyed with something from the pastry case
Made by hand, every single morning
Everything in our pastry case starts from scratch. Our pastry chef brings more than 20 years of high-end hotel experience to Tulla, blending classic French technique with the comfort of American baking.
Dough is laminated by hand. Cookies are rolled one at a time. Cakes are baked fresh and finished with care. It takes time, and that’s exactly the point.
See you this weekend
Come early, choose your favorite from the pastry case, and stay for a latte. Fall tastes better at Tulla.
7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Come cozy. We’ll keep the oven warm.
